“Patsy” Adcock, age 65 of Old Hickory, TN passed away March 12,
2013. She was born April 16, 1947 in Nashville, TN to John Richard
and Billie Law Adcock. She was a graduate of Madison High School and
was also trained as a bookkeeper. She worked at Kroger as a cashier
and enjoyed reading and doing crossword puzzles. She was preceded in
death by her father. She is survived by her mother; brother, John
Richard (Peggy Mercer) Adcock, Jr.; aunt, Etauh Neal and several
nieces and nephews. A celebration of Patsy’s life will be conducted
at 2 P.M., Friday, March 15, 2013 from the Chapel of Spring Hill
Funeral Home with Pastor Timothy Jones officiating. Interment will
follow in Spring Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from
3 P.M. until 7 P.M., Thursday, March 14 at Spring Hill Funeral Home.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to
Miracle Baptist Church at 3085 Elm Hill Pike, Nashville, TN 37214.
