Survivors include mother, Sue Mayo Apple; sister, Katrina (Joel)
Waltenbaugh; nephews, Adam (Kim) Waltenbaugh, Seth (Emily)
Waltenbaugh; niece, Kara Waltenbaugh and great-niece, Emma
Waltenbaugh. Visitation with the family will be at Madison Church of
Christ, Bixler Chapel from 4-7 p.m today, immediately followed by a
memorial service. If so desired, memorial gifts can be made in
Kevin's name to Morningstar Sanctuary or Christian Care Villa, both
