 BAKER, Marvin Edward Age 69. March 16,
1939, New Middleton, TN; June 20, 2008, Vero Beach, FL. Preceded in
death by parents, ODell and Dolly Baker; sister, Mary Pyburn;
grandson, Austin Derek Ladd. Survived by wife of 50 years, Carrie
Lee Hoadley Baker; children, Annette Cooper, Glynna Baker and Eddie
Baker; siblings, Lyndell Cowan, Margaret Taylor, Kenneth Baker and
Emily McCormick; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. Marvin
graduated in 1958 from Madison High School. He was the proud owner
of Aladdin Swimming Pool Co. Inc. from 1965 - 1991 when he retired.
A celebration of Marvin's life will be held 2 p.m. Monday, June 23,
2008 at the Forest Lawn Chapel. Interment to follow at Forest Lawn
Memorial Gardens, with family and friends serving as Pallbearers.
Visitation will be Sunday, 2 - 4 p.m. and Monday, 12 - 2 p.m..
