Barbara Lynn Bevels Jones, age 67 of White House passed away Monday, September 12, 2022 at her home. She was born November 20, 1954 in Detroit, MI to Bobby Franklin & Minnie Waldean Brown Bevels. She worked in retail sales for Target before her retirement. Barbara enjoyed shopping, bowling, and traveling. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family and she loved animals very much. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bobby Franklin Bevels, Minnie Waldean Brown Bevels and Annie "Ruth" Bevels; brother, Ronnie Bevels; granddaughter, Morgan Wolbert. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Ronnie Jones, White House, TN; daughters, Ronica (Jayson) Wolbert, White House, TN and Heather (Lendell) Black, Greenbrier, TN; 3 grandchildren, Mason Sears, Joshua Wolbert and Justin Wolbert, all of White House, TN; cousin, Betty Wallace, Nashville, TN. Funeral service is scheduled for Friday, September 16, 2022 at 1PM in the chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home in White House, with Pastor Derek Capello officiating. Interment will follow in White House Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Visitation is planned for Thursday, September 15, 2022 4-8PM & Friday, September 16, 2022 10AM until the hour of the service at the funeral home.
