BROWN, Charles S. Age 82 of Nashville, passed away on July 20, 2008. He is a retired Educator with Metro Public School System, a veteran of the Navy during WWII, a 1952 graduate of Peabody College, and received his Master Degree from MTSU in 1957. He is survived by his wife, Helen Brown; sisters, Jessie Mae Rodgers, Nancy DeMarzo; brothers, Fred Brown, Ralph Brown; daughters, Janet (Rick) Moody of Atlanta, GA, Susan Kinnard; son, Charles Brown, Jr.; grandchildren, Kimberly (Nick) Johnson of Atlanta, GA, Michael Agee, Whitney Agee, Benjamin Brown, Blaire Brown; 3 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at 2 p.m., at the Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, with Brother Johnnie Hall, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in the Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. and Wednesday from 12-2 p.m., at the Harpeth Hills Funeral Home.
