Johnny Ray Carnahan, age 58 of Madison, Tennessee passed away Monday, May 19, 2014 at the Creekside Health and Rehab. Center in Madison, Tennessee. Johnny was the son of Seldon Carnahan and Nellie May Freeman Carnahan. He attended school in Madison, TN. He worked as a truck driver. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, James Carnahan and sister, Betty Carnahan. He is survived by his family by love, Terri Noah and Spencer Noah; and a circle of close loving friends. A Memorial Service is planned 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at Austin & Bell Funeral Home chapel in White House with Chris Freeman and Mike Dodill officiating. Final disposition will be cremation.
