Alisa Gaye (Carter) Cardin, age 50, of Madison, passed away on June 25, 2014 in a vehicle accident in Dyersburg, Tennessee. A memorial service will be conducted by her family on Tuesday, July 1, 2014, 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home in Nashville, Tennessee. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday 11:00 am-2:00 pm. at Spring Hill Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital. Alisa was born April 21, 1964 in Nashville-Madison, Tennessee to Marvin Carter (deceased) and Mary Ann (Burchard) Carter. Alisa was always full of life. She was so passionate about singing and playing guitar. She had such a beautiful personality and cherished her family dearly. Alisa truly never met a stranger and above all, she was always very proud of her children. She will be greatly missed by her children, Nicholas (Blake) Kincaid, and Caitlin (Caleb) Cardin; grandchildren, Cohen Danger Kincaid and Tallulah Raine Kincaid; mother Mary Ann Carter; siblings, Sheryl (Wayne) Gentry, Sylvia (Jackie) Broadrick, and Marvin "Chip" (Nikki) Carter.
