Sharon "Shani " DeMarcus Reed, age 57 passed peacefully at her home on September 27, 2017. She is survived by her devoted husband William A. Reed III. Shani was proceeded in death by her parents, Robert DeMarcus and Christine Staton, brother Steve DeMarcus, survived by sisters Patsy Rickard and Camilla Mallicote, 10 loving nieces and nephews, 15 great nieces and nephews. Services will be held Saturday, September 30, 2017 at First Baptist Church of Marietta; 148 Church St., Marietta, GA 30060. Family visitation will be at 3:00 followed by service at 3:30. Final interment at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park 1861 Dallas Highway SW, Marietta, GA 30064.
