Vickie Lynn DePriest Tallman, age 72 of White House, Tennessee passed away on Friday, October 16, 2020. She was born on December 14, 1947 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Clarence and Norma Nichols DePriest. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Jerry Tallman, her children Kim Batey (Chris) and Ken Tallman (Sarah), her sisters Wanda Smith and Pam Chaffin, her beloved granddaughter Lauren Batey, and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family. Vickie was a quiet, loving, family oriented person. She was a lovely pianist, and although she could not read sheet music, she could listen to a piece and play it beautifully right away. She was always cutting up and laughing, and loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed working in the yard and spending time outside, as well as watching her granddaughter play ball. A visitation for Mrs. Tallman will be held at Spring Hill Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 21 from 4pm to 7pm. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the Spring Hill Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, October 22 at 2pm, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to the service.
