Bruce Wayne Franks Birth: Nov. 21, 1957, Fairfield, California. Death: Nov. 2, 2013, Smithville, Tennessee. Son of Ralph and Della (Johnson) Franks Spent his entire career working in the Aerospace industry. Was part of the engineering team that developed and flight tested the VTO F-35 fighter plane. Served in the Air National Guard in both Tennessee and Texas. Burial: Lost Creek Cemetery, Sparta, Tennessee
