GRIFFIN, Patrick T. “Pat” Age 62. November 11, 2003. Preceded in death by his wife Dawn Thweatt Griffin; his father, James Edward Griffin, Sr. He leaves his daughter, Christi Griffin- Parks (Randy); his son, Tommy Griffin (Missy); mother, Anne 0’Mara Griffin; sister, Anne Burnett; brothers, Joe, Rabble, Charles and David Griffin; granddaughters, Allison and Emily Griffin; mother-in-law, Helen Thweatt; sister in-law, Kim (Buddy) Campbell; and loving pets, Haley and Presley. Mr. Griffin re tired as Major of the Metropolitan Police Department, after more than 38 years of service. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Thursday, November 13, 2003 at Madison Church of Christ. Bro. Norman Slate will officiate. Interment will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery. Friends and Family will serve as Pallbearers. The family will receive friends Wednesday, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m., at the funeral home and Thursday, from 11 a.m. until the service be gins at the church.
