Survived by wife, Lesley Manson Haverly; daughters Ashley Haverly and Staci Strickland (Jeremy); son Steven Tarter (Felicia); grandchildren Kylee, Hailey and Lily; mother Dorothy McGaugh Haverly; sister Laura Woody (Barry); brother David Haverly (Teresa); nephew Jason Moss (Amanda); great-nephew and namesake Haverly Moss; and niece Kelly Barcroft (Mike, sons Michael Henry and James Christopher). Preceded in death by father Ralph Dillard (Bill) Haverly. Memorial service to be held on Monday, February 25, at 3 p.m. at Connell Memorial UMC, 113 Church Street, Goodlettsville, with visitation prior starting at noon. In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to Connell Memorial UMC, American Heart Association , or American Kidney Foundation.
