Donald Ray Hawk, 64, of Cross Plains, TN passed Friday, February 9, 2018 at Centennial Medical Center, Nashville, TN. Donald is preceded in death by his parents, Marion Leon Hawk and Corinne Coleman Hawk; brother Charles Barry Hawk. He is survived by his wife, Janet Lynn Hawk; Sons, Donald Joseph Hawk and Daniel Hawk; Daughters, Bethany Lynn Carter and Amanda Hawk, Brother, William Gary Hawk; sisters, Karen Edwards and Margaret Lindsley and 4 grandchildren, Tyler, Lilly, Gabriel, and Lucille. Funeral services for Mr. Hawk will be conducted on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at 7PM in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home with visitation starting at 4PM with cremation to follow.
