Martin Keith “Marty” McDonald, age 50
of Madison, TN passed away November 21, 2013. Marty was born in
Nashville, TN on February 27, 1963 to Billy Dean and Mary Jean White
McDonald. He was a graduate of Madison High School and enjoyed
tennis and rock-n-roll music. A kind, gentle spirit, he loved his
family and animals, especially dogs. He was preceded in death by his
father and his maternal grandparents, Virgil and Donna White and
paternal grandparents, Paul and Halcie McDonald. He is survived by
his mother; brother, Dwain (Jennifer) McDonald; sister, Kathy
McDonald; nephew, Drew, nieces, Ginger and Anna Lee; and special
four-legged friends, Rockette and Keeper. A celebration of Marty’s
life will be conducted at 3 P.M., Sunday, November 24, 2013 from the
Chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home with Dr. Kevin Minchey
officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 PM until 2:45 PM
on Sunday, prior to the service at Spring Hill Funeral Home.
Interment will be Monday in Spring Hill Cemetery. Memorial
contributions may be made to the Nashville Rescue Mission at 639
Lafayette Street, Nashville, TN 37203 or to Oxford House at 1010
