Mundy Lazenby, age 66 of Bethpage, passed away Sunday, July 7, 2013.
Funeral Service will be Wednesday, July 10th at 2:00 p.m. from
Strong Tower Ministries with Pastor David Mitchell officiating.
Interment will follow in Rock Bridge Cemetery with Lee Mundy, Mark
Lazenby, Ron Smith, Chase Smith, Cole Smith and Russell Mundy
serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 9th from
2:00-8:00 p.m. at Family Heritage Funeral Home and Wednesday, July
10th from 1:00 p.m. until time of service at the church. Mrs.
Lazenby was born February 27, 1947 in Sumner County, TN, daughter of
the late William E. and Willie Mae Tucker Mundy. She is survived by
her husband Fred Lazenby of Bethpage; sons, Zac Sloan (Jennifer) and
Lance Sloan of Bethpage and Mark Lazenby (Kristen of
Hendersonville); daughter, Amy Hines (Chris) of Hendersonville;
brother, Charles Mundy (Marsha) of Goodlettsville and Don Mundy
(Karen) of Cedar Hill; sister, Betty Jo Smith of Brentwood;
grandchildren, Tate Sloan, Allie Hines, Grace Sloan, Will Lazenby,
Sydney Hines and Josie Hines. Pat was a hairdresser at Classic Cut.
