| PALMER, Lisa Osborne— Age 46. September 20, 2004. Preceded in death by father, Robert W. Osborne, Jr. Survived by son, Kevin Palmer; mother, Diane. Osborne; grandmother, Louise Osborne; two brothers, Greg (Janet) Osborne, David (Kelli) Osborne; three aunts, Carole Dudney, Gail Patterson, Anita Osborne; uncle, Gary Elliott; four nieces, Jenna, Hillary, Gracen and Bailey Osborne; nephew, Wesley Osborne. Lisa was .a graduate of Madison High School Class of 1976 and graduate of ETSU, Class of 1980, where she earned a BS In Nursing. Funeral service will be conducted 1p.m. Wednesday, September 22, 2004 at the Forest Lawn Chapel, with Dr. Dwayne Tyus of St. Luke Cumberland Presbyterian Church and Bro. Clifford Reel of the Goodlettsville Church of Christ officiating. Interment will follow at the Hermitage Cemetery. Active Pallbearers will be Greg, David and Wesley Osborne, Bill and Brian Dudney, James Ladd. Serving as Honorary Pallbearers: J. C. Carrigan, Earl Barry, Raymond Ladd and Steve Elliott.
