Obituary

Lee Allen Pendarvis, Jr, age 65, of Joelton, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, September 2, 2018 in Nashville, Tennessee. Allen was born on February 20, 1953 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Lee Allen Pendarvis, Sr, and Dorothy Hunter Pendarvis. Allen was retired from Peterbilt trucking where he worked on the assembly line. He loved knives, clocks and cars, especially his 2004 Thunderbird. He was a free-thinker who had no problem telling you how he felt. He is survived by his wife, Kim Pendarvis; sons Lee Allen (Amanda) Pendarvis III, James Robert “Rob” (Crystal) Pendarvis, and Benjamin Hunter Pendarvis; sister Anne (Chip) Jervis; grandchildren Jacquelyn Marie Pendarvis and William Samuel Pendarvis; mother-in-law Frances Taylor; father-in-law Jimmy Hopkins (Shirley); sister-in-law Cindy (Chuck) Kuertz; best friend Ralph (Judy) Thompson; dear friend Sally Hughes. A memorial service with Masonic Rites will be held on Thursday, September 6, 2018, at 6 PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home with the family accepting visitors an hour prior to services.
