PERRY, Richard Dean -- Age 57 Of Madison, TN, died Wednesday October 15, 2003, at Nashville General Hospital, from a long illness of cancer. He is preceded in death by his father, A.D. Perry, Jr.; his mother, Ann Davidson Perry; and his grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. A.D. Perry, Sr. of Nashville. Survivors include daughters, Leigh Anne Bandy, Misty Maldonado and Kimberly Perry; 4 grandchildren, Seth and Jayden Bandy and Jacob and Lexi Maldonado; two brothers, Larry D. Perry and Don M. Perry; and a sister, Barbara L. Keyes. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening, October 23rd from 6 until 8 p.m. at Eastland Funeral Home, 904 Gallatin Road.
