John Andrew Qualls, 71 passed away on January 11, 2022, at Brookdale Senior Care, in Goodlettsville. Born in Nashville, TN, John was the son of E D Qualls and Mildred (Steimel) Qualls. He graduated Madison High and worked 40 + years as a in home health aide. The last 18 years with Home Instead Senior Care. John is survived by siblings: Joe Qualls and his wife Rita; Ginnie (Qualls) Cliburn. Marcia (Qualls) Baker; Mary (Qualls) and her husband Brad Graves; Michael Qualls. Dee (Qualls) and her husband David Warren; Connie (Qualls) and husband Kelly Wright; and sister-in-law Linda (Franklin) Qualls. Also, John is survived by many nieces and nephews whom he dearly loved. He was predeceased by his parents and brother, Robert. John gave his ultimate gift to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. A memorial service will be planned in the future.
