Mrs. Frances Darlene Reynolds Brown, 73 of Willailla, passed from this life on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at the UK Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington. She was born in Nashville, TN on April 4, 1950 the daughter of Chester and Mildred Phillips Reynolds. She had been a switchboard operator for Rockcastle Regional Hospital for the past 33 years and was a member of Providence Church of Christ. She had been with Quail Homemakers for many years. She is survived by her daughter, Laura Hughes and husband Robby of Brodhead; her grandchildren: Leah, Seth, and Micah Hughes, all of Brodhead; three brothers: Phil Reynolds and wife Linda of White House, TN, David Reynolds and wife Debbie of Old Hickory, TN, and Mark Reynolds of Mt. Juliet, TN; and a sister-in-law, Vicky Litmer and husband Greg of Florence. Several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to her parents, Chester and Mildred Reynolds, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mickey Brown; and her mother and father-in-law, Pretsel and Bonnie Brown. Funeral services for Mrs. Brown will be conducted Wednesday, July 19 at 1:00 PM at the Dowell & Martin Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Robby Cable and will be live-streamed. Burial will follow in Providence Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 11:00 AM Wednesday.
