SMITH, JR., Donald Ray Debord,
KY/Madison, TN -- Age 42 died Wednesday, September 17, 2003 of a
heart attack. He was born and raised in Madison, TN. He lived in
both Madison, TN and Martin County, KY throughout his lifetime.
Donald is survived by wife, Nancy J. Smith; two children, Samantha
J. Smith, age 7 and Robert C. Smith, age 5; mother, Gladys F. Smith
of Nashville, TN; father, Donald R. Smith of Inez, KY; three
siblings, Ronald L. Smith of Charlie, KY, Rebecca V. Clandening of
Madison, TN and Timothy O. Smith of Inez, KY. Visitation will be at
Woodlawn Funeral Home, Saturday and Sunday, from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m..
Funeral services will be Monday, September 22, 2003 at 10 a.m., in
Woodlawn Chapel of Roses. Interment 12 p.m., in Elmore Cemetery in
