 SMITH,
JERRY R. Age 74 of Gallatin passed away January 8, 2012. Jerry was a
very fun loving, caring, kind and patient man. He enjoyed golfing,
fishing and wood working. He was a member of the Beech Masonic Lodge
#240. Preceded in death by his parents, William Paul Smith and
Glenna Faye Smith. Survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Delores
Smith; daughter, Angie Smith Kimble (Jeff); grandchildren, Abby,
Alex and Austin Kimble; sister, Sarah Greene; brother-in-law, Joe
Lawson; beloved uncle, Dee "Buddy" Smith (Georgia); dear nieces,
nephews, extended family and friends. A Life Celebration will be
held 11am Thursday at Hendersonville Funeral Home with burial to
follow at Beech Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be members of
Beech Masonic Lodge #240 and graduates of Madison High School
classes of 56' and 57'. Visitation will be 2pm – 4pm and 6pm – 8pm
Wednesday with a Masonic Service at 7pm at Hendersonville Funeral
Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alive Hospice 1718
