TOWNSEND, Linda Stewart Age 65 of
Hermitage, TN. Passed away July 26, 2012. She was born in Nashville,
TN on June 2, 1947 to the late Charlie F. Stewart and Mary Stewart
McGahey. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jeff
Townsend. She is survived by her children, Cindy (Keith) Gaines,
Robert (Lainie) Townsend, Linda (David) Holland; grandchildren,
Gates Gaines, Sloane Gaines, Angel Townsend, Rowdy Gaines, Devin Jet
Townsend, Michael Adams, Bethany Holland, Cody Holland. Linda was a
member of Hermitage Church of Christ. The funeral ceremony will be
held on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Spring
Hill Funeral Home with Bro. Tom Norvell officiating. Visitation will
be on Monday from 2 til 8 p.m. and on Tuesday from 10 a.m. til 2
p.m. Interment will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery. In lieu of
flowers, please make contributions to the family. Arrangements by
