 Carolyn Faye Woods Minchey,
Portland, TN. Age 63, died peacefully in her sleep Sunday evening,
Jan. 10, 2016 at her residence. She was born March 31, 1952 in
Gallatin, daughter of the late Louie F. Woods, Sr. and Elaine Carmon
Stanton. Carolyn is survived by her daughter, Cindy (Jimi) Williams
of Nashville; son, Keith Lowery of Murfreesboro; grandchildren,
Shane Strain, Keefer Garner and Kara Lowery; longtime caregiver,
Charles McCall; brothers and sisters, Louie (Janice) Woods, Jr.,
Ronnie Woods, Betty Kyle, Marshall (Malia) Stanton, Sr., Becky
(Ronnie) Gregory, Leonard (Carol) Stanton; numerous nieces and
nephews. Per our sweet mother's wishes, a private service will be
