TAYLOR, Ruby Wright Age 69 of Madison. September 27, 2009. Born October 27, 1939 to Johnny Wright and Kitty Wells, she was a country music entertainer from a very young age. In addition to her parents, she is survived by son, Larry "Duke" Stephenson; daughters, Kitty Ervin and Corrie (Brad) Cluck; brother, Bobby Wright; sister, Sue Sturdivant; grandchildren, Kourtney Wingert, Kaitlin Ervin and Brandon Ervin; great-grandchildren, Max Wingert and Aaron Key. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, October 1, 2009 at 3:30 p.m., in the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home, with Bro. Israel Brooks officiating. Burial will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery, with John Sturdivant, Jr., David Sturdivant, Terry Anglin, Jake Anglin, Stu Basore and Mike Henson serving as Pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers will be Stephanie Sturdivant, Jason Pitkin, Marsha Basore, Joyce Jackson, Jan Beaverson, Glenda Stavinoga, Charlie Dick, Larry Deason, Richard Deason. The family will receive friends Wednesday, 11-2 p.m. and 5-8 p.m., and again on Thursday from 1:30 p.m. 'til the hour of service. All visitation will be at Spring Hill Funeral Home.
